Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our team for the launch of an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant. The chosen candidate will play a key role in maintaining culinary standards and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to deliver exceptional cuisine.
  • Work closely with the team to implement a refined sharing concept and uphold kitchen standards.
  • Demonstrate competence in kitchen operations and contribute to maintaining efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the delivery of European/Mediterranean flavours with precision and care.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a chef de partie or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with European/Mediterranean cuisine is beneficial.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
