Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company's objectives, focusing on nurturing and expanding the customer base.
  • Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of three estimators and a sales coordinator, setting performance goals and evaluating their achievement.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their removal needs, providing bespoke solutions.
  • Supervise the generation of accurate and competitive quotes for removal services, ensuring they align with profitability and company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through continuous communication and exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promptly address any service issues.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in sales management, preferably within the removals industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, proven by a history of motivating teams to meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Skilled in sales planning, negotiation, and closing, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and make decisions under pressure.
  • Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel as needed.
