The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans provided by absent teachers. Providing support and guidance to students during lessons. Upholding school policies and procedures.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience working in a school or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects. A genuine passion for education and supporting the learning journey of young people.
