THE ROLE:
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a challenging role working with an established business selling to the FMCG and Warehousing/Distribution sector as a Business Development Executive
THE CANDIDATE:
This will be a progressive, proactive and flexible role, growing and adapting with the business and to suit your individual strengths within the team.
Key Tasks:
New customer acquisition in the FMCG & Distribution sectors, opening enquiries.
Convert warm leads into appointments for the Sales team
Feedback to marketing to create necessary content to drive lead acquisition and new business in this sector.
Setting up events and meetings for trials/packaging audits, networking, and brand enhancement in this market.
Achieving KPI’s for calls with influencers and decision makers in the industry. Setting a new standard for activity levels within the company.
Completing campaign calling for other objectives as required.
Creating and executing a plan to achieve strategic objectives.
Must be tenacious, can take no for an answer and not afraid to engage over the phone.
Be a Team player with strong personable skills.
There is a good scope for career development with our client.
Working Hrs : 07.30am to 16.00hrs Mon – Fri
Car share from Doncaster / North of the Humber may be possible for non-drivers.

£40,000 plus uncapped comms'.
Company profit share scheme on successful completion of probation.
