**The Role:**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a well-established business as a Business Development Manager, working with the FMCG and Warehousing/Distribution sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG and Distribution sectors, generating new leads and converting them into appointments for the Sales team.

• Provide feedback to the marketing team to create relevant content that drives lead acquisition and new business in this sector.

• Organize events and meetings for trials, packaging audits, networking, and brand enhancement in this market.

• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for calls with influencers and decision-makers in the industry, setting a new standard for activity levels within the company.

• Complete campaign calling for other objectives as required.

• Develop and execute a plan to achieve strategic objectives, working closely with the Sales team.

• Must be tenacious, able to handle rejection, and not afraid to engage with clients over the phone.

• Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

• £40,000 plus uncapped commission.
