*Description of the role:*

This position is available due to growth and promotion. The position is to oversee a 4 bedded home that has been graded "Good" by Ofsted with no requirements. Anyone applying should have experience of managing a "Good" home, with the passion and enthusiasm to drive this on to "Outstanding." We are looking to appoint an experienced residential manager or someone with current experience in a deputy or senior role. The service provides residential accommodation for up to four children with learning disabilities.
