Team Leader of Residential Children's Home

**Residential Recruitment are seeking a qualified Team Leader/Senior to assist the Deputy Manager and General Manager of a 3 bed EBD home, in providing an emotionally secure, consistent, warm, supportive and caring environment for the young people. The purpose of this role is to work closely with the team to encourage the social, physical, emotional, intellectual and moral development of the young people and children in our care so that they may realise their own potential. Furthermore, to work to high professional standards of care, control and supervision.**

A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a previous track record of positive outcomes for the young people you’ve previously worked with, in addition to demonstrating a continued constructive level of support to colleagues and others around you to help get the best out of the team at all times. Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role. This is a very stable home with a great management structure in place where the team work together to get the best out of the young people in their care.

- Level 3 Residential Child Care required (Or equivalent required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
