The Job:
We are looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team of responsible for assisting individuals who have been discharged into a carehome environment needing 1:1 support with a variety of needs.

What we can offer you:

What you will need:
  • 1:1 Support work experience in Mental Health
  • Must be a Driver and have access to your own vehicle.
