**About the Role**

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Total Care Services Ltd. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to individuals who have been discharged into a care home environment, requiring assistance with various needs.

**Requirements**

* 1:1 support work experience in Mental Health
* Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
