About the Role

Total Care Services Ltd is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to individuals who have been discharged into a care home environment, requiring assistance with various needs.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in one-to-one support work in mental health
  • Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle

Working Hours
