Day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around the tactical execution of marketing strategy, including:
  • Creation and scheduling of social media posts and marketing.
  • Video creation and editing.
  • Email marketing.
  • Helping to keep the website up to date.
  • Newsletter design creation and distribution. 
  • Listening to social activity and responding across the Network businesses
  • Research tasks (for campaign-based activity, sourcing merchandise and event organisation)
  • Use of social scheduling tools and Content Management Systems to administrate websites, including improving Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
  • Photography.
  • Blog Writing
  • Creating Graphics for marketing materials 
  • Budget/supplier management and reporting on the performance of digital marketing channels using analytics tools.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders both internally and externally to create engaging content.

What we are looking for:
  • The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a creative eye and brain, with solid organisation, literacy and numeracy skills (design skills would be of significant benefit).
  • They will demonstrate strong computer literacy, a love of language and visual media, an interest in marketing and the media and an active online/social media presence. A proactive ‘ideas’ person who demonstrates initiative will be welcome to contribute and feed into the overall strategy. 
  • Ability to research and stay up to date on industry trends within HR, so we can actively create relevant content to share with clients and the wider market.
  • The ability to drive and travel within the UK would be advantageous. 
Entry requirements:
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Location and Hours:
  • Altrincham
  • 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
