Recruitment Marketing Executive


Are you a creative communicator with a knack for crafting compelling content? Do you have an eye for design and a passion for attracting top talent? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.


Role Purpose


As a key member of our Recruitment Marketing team, you will develop and execute engaging attraction campaigns. Working with our Client’s brand your campaigns will attract the best talent whilst maintaining a customer-first approach.


What you’ll be doing


  • Writing compelling job adverts that engage the right candidates.
  • Creating engaging written and visual content for recruitment marketing campaigns, including early careers campaigns.
  • Setting up and managing paid social media campaigns and making continual improvements to ensure optimum performance.
  • Creating artwork using InDesign, Photoshop and Canva.


Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience


  • Excellent Writing Skills
  • Social Media Campaign set up and Management
  • Proficient in design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Strong Communication and relationship building skills
