What you will be doing... 

 

Performance Coaching:

Talent and Succession Planning: 

  • Ensure a strong talent pipeline.

  • Create personalized growth plans with HR.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members. 
  • Improve training and engagement processes.
