As the premier agents in our area of operation, at Christopher Hodgson we deal with a wide spectrum of residential property and offer a range of services including sales, lettings and property management.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring our Landlords and Tenants receive excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance issues and ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.- Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues or concerns that they may have.- Manage the tenancy renewal process, including negotiating rent reviews and drafting new tenancy agreements.- Meeting with prospective tenants and dealing with negotiations arising from property viewings- Ensure that all properties and tenancies comply with relevant legislation and safety regulations.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.- A relevant professional qualification in property management is desirable, however study through Propertymark will be encouraged and supported for the successful candidate.- Five day working week to include alternate Saturdays.
