We are a fast-growing SaaS business looking for talented Sales Managers with the leadership skills to develop and grow a successful sales team. You will be responsible for a team of outbound and inbound Sales Executives; the focus will be new business, prospecting, product demonstrations, setting product trials, presenting results, and closing contracts to fulfil the sales cycle. You will report into the Head of Sales.

The ideal candidate must have:
Strong inner drive, resilient and winning mindset and energy to deliver results against targets.
Proven track record in coaching and developing people and evidence of building a high performing sales team for at least 2 years. SaaS experience is advantageous.
Experience using CRM systems such as SalesLoft or other sales tools to manage leads, track activity and performance.
Strong communicator, persuasive, both oral and written.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
Key responsibilities
Attract and grow the best talent by working with our Recruitment Team, to build a high performing sales team.
Ensure success through the management of KPIs and regular performance reviews.
Ownership of sales budget and revenue targets.
Secure and lead meetings with Key Decision Makers through prospecting and working with our Outbound SDR Teams and Head of Sales.
Lead by example – you will carry your own personal sales target as well as a team target to achieve each month.
