• Enable an evolution across the partnership towards a coherent set of core practices, processes and behaviours where appropriate and enabling teams to achieve better outcomes

• Act as a coach at multiple levels, facilitating the adoption and evolution of business agility

• Advocate and facilitate a culture shift within the organization, promoting an agile mentality and behaviors and ensuring these principles are deeply ingrained in our everyday work

• Develop learning paths, supported by learning and training approaches that enable individuals and teams to advance towards their business outcomes

• Ensure a thorough approach to impediment identification and removal at all levels, with a focus on identifying systematic themes and opportunities

• Act as a guide on enabling agile metrics to enable teams and the organisation to drive better outcomes, with an emphasis on end-to-end flow

• Develop a continuous improvement environment, encouraging teams to inspect and adapt their practices to increase effectiveness

In this role, you will:

• Influence people across the Partnership to help implement business agility standard processes

• Work closely with Microsoft to ensure best practices are sought and incorporated into LSEG's Agile and Product way of working

• Be emotionally intelligent, meeting people where they are and helping them own their own journey to agility

• Ruthlessly prioritise interventions and activities to have maximum impact on business outcomes and results

• Collaborate with scrum masters, agile coaches, Product and Technology leaders and senior leadership

• Build relationships across the organisation and help drive and support the enterprise level drive for agility and Product-centricity

• Provide regular feedback regarding scope, roadblocks, concerns to your colleagues and key stakeholders

Skills / experience required

• At least five years experience in agility coaching at scale

• Deep lean/agile skills, knowledge and practical expertise
