About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team on a fixed term contract in our self-service buffet restaurants over the Christmas period. Contracts are either 10th December to 2nd January, or 17th December to 2nd January. Working Christmas Day is mandatory for this role. 
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

You will be welcoming guests, clearing, cleaning and re-setting tables as well as cleaning the restaurant ready for the next service.

This is a fill time role with typical working hours cover 35 hours working breakfast and dinner, every day of the week. Breakfast shifts are usually 8am - 12pm and dinner shifts are 4.30pm - 8.30pm with weekends our busiest times. Christmas Day times are a variety of shifts 7am - 7pm to serve our hungry guests.
About You
You don’t need any experience to work as part of our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
