About The Role

We’re looking for passionate team to work as a team member in our Shops & Bars department during the festive time.

This is a fixed term role until Christmas Eve. 
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests at the most magical time of year and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us to capture that memory of meeting Father Christmas. He is keen to meet everyone on his nice list so he's taking time out of his busy schedule to make an extra special trip to Butlin's. 
Working alongside a fantastic team in our Shops department, you will work across multiple areas including our onsite toy shop, souvenir shop, kosk wihtin our swimming pool and in our outlet stalls within our entertainment venues. We will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

This is a full time role covering 35 hours per week over 5 days including weekends with a wide variety of shifts available between 8am - midnight and you will need to be aged 18 or over. 
About You
You don’t necessarily need any experience to work as part of our shops team but a keen interest in taking talking to guests and interacting with new people is great to have. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. 

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
