Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities within the education sector across Manchester.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, and education professionals.

Manage the recruitment process for teachers and support staff, ensuring we provide excellent service to both candidates and clients.

Identify client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet those needs.

Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Collaborate with the team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in education recruitment, with a proven track record of developing business and achieving targets.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients and candidates effectively.

A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development.

A passion for the education sector and helping schools find the best talent.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
