Due to our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester and Portsmouth offices to deliver on our major accounts as well as develop and grow this sector further.

About the role

You will be recruiting permanent positions within your dedicated sector on behalf of our Healthcare clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process while offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.

You'll have existing accounts to deliver on, plus the opportunity to maximise our existing client base, and you'll also be developing the sector further by carrying out new client development activities to increase our presence in the market.

Innovative candidate attraction strategies, growing your network and demonstrating a commitment to candidate care is also an integral part of our Recruitment Consultant role.

What kind of person are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with previous sales or recruitment experience with a demonstratable track record of success. Ideally you'll have knowledge or experience of the Health or Social Care sector but that isn't essential

You'll also have the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with candidates and clients and be keen to continue to develop your knowledge of the sector while you progress with us.
