Job description – Business Development Manager
At Secure Renewables, we make sustainable energy simple, affordable, and hassle-free for both homes and businesses. From high-performance solar panels and battery storage to EV charging solutions and energy efficiency upgrades, we help cut costs while reducing your carbon footprint.
Our team is ever growing, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to join us.
What does the job involve?
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Generate and nurture leads for projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Present tailored proposals, tenders, and quotations to potential customers
- Collaborate closely with project managers and the installation team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure all accounts are contacted regularly regarding existing and new products and services
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth strategy
- Support the marketing team with input on campaigns to enhance lead generation
- Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline to senior management
- Manage an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities and forecast accurately
- Continuous product and technical training to maintain industry knowledge
- Support with overall company operation
Driving Licence: A full valid driving licence is required
