to join our team.
Role Overview:
As Business Manager for Famille Perrin UK, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth in the UK
market. You will oversee the development, sales, and promotion of our premium wine brands, with a
focus on building lasting relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors. This role offers
an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious and celebrated wine brands in the
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation: Serve as the primary ambassador for Famille Perrin UK and its portfolio,
including La Vieille Ferme, Chateau de Beaucastel, and Miraval, to stakeholders across the UK.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow
sales and market share across the UK.
- Sales Management: Lead the development of sales targets, forecasts, and budgets. Drive sales
performance and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,
including high-end retailers, distributors, and the on-trade.
- Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns,
activations, and events that elevate the presence of Famille Perrin wines in the UK market.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to
adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the global Famille Perrin team and partners to ensure
consistent communication and successful implementation of UK-focused initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the UK wine industry, preferably in sales, business development, or brand
management.
- Strong knowledge of wine brands, particularly in the premium and luxury wine segments.
- A deep understanding of the UK wine market, with established relationships with key accounts
and distributors.
- A self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of successfully growing brands and achieving sales targets.
- A passion for wine and a strong affinity with the values and story behind Famille Perrin.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the UK as required.
