Role Overview:As the Programme Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a high-quality, efficient, and responsive Business Support service. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering service redesigns, driving process improvements, and enhancing the professionalism and skills of our team members. Additionally, you'll stay abreast of innovative practices, both nationally and internally, to continuously improve the service offerings.
Role Responsibilities:
- Champion and lead the development and implementation of the Business Support operating model.
- Consolidate and improve Business Support functions to ensure a professional, diverse, and equitable service.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies to accelerate Business Support's strategic outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Establish strategies for culture and organisational behaviour change in line with strategic priorities.
- Monitor service propositions and key performance measures to meet customer demands and corporate standards.
- Provide motivational leadership and strategic management, fostering effective communication and joint-working arrangements with key stakeholders.
