Overview:
As part of our ongoing development within the Marine business, we are strengthening our delivery axis with the appointment of Account Delivery Leads (ADLs). The ADL is responsible for the operational performance and delivery of all work associated with the Client Account(s) which is undertaken by Expleo.

This challenging and rewarding role is a key operational interface between Capability Business Unit (CBU)‘s and MBUs aligning client relationship management and operational excellence. The role will have a dual reporting line to the UK COO and ‘Specific’ Market Business Unit (MBU) Account Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- To lead and direct the programme delivery team, to deliver the agreed business strategy and project outcomes.
- Accountable for the achievement of associated objectives, namely delivery performance (contract, deliverables, workloads), and quality (Right First Time (RFT), On-Quality Delivery (OQD), On Time Delivery (OTD) & Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)).
- Ensure project margin (as sold) is achieved, then further optimize project margin through productivity increase and continuous improvement.
- Act as the customer interface at both local and project level, support customer management to ensure a highly effective relationship and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development by supporting commercial endeavors and then translate this demand to Country Leads and CBU Capability Leads.
- Undertake Project Finance Reviews with Head of Projects and CBU Country lead.
- Support CBU Country Lead with people management and development feedback.
- Identify and report project risks and opportunities, with mitigation actions such that clear summaries and progress can be managed. Will report on project profit adjustments.
- Implement and lead regular Programme Review Meetings (PRMs) and Operational Reviews.
- Responsibility for the reporting of performance through Expleo performance metrics.
- Support the CBU Country Lead with the preparation of budgets & forecasts for submission into Country Profit & Loss and MBU led processes.
- Assure Health & Safety of all staff working locally or remotely and maintain an up-to-date safety training plan.

Essential Skills:

- In this challenging role the holder must be able to demonstrate through proven experience, the ability to manage a team of senior managers across multiple activities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Working closely with the MBU account manager, the ADL will provide a significant contribution to business strategy, delivering that business strategy through setting priorities and objectives to achieve business plan targets on time, cost, quality and margin. Within the CBU, this role demands working with the CBU Country Leads in establishing the correct size and skill requirement of the team to execute the work.
- The role requires an excellent understanding of the sector and associated customers or deep experience in a related industry and matrix organisation with a local and transnational operational set up.
- Understanding and building trusting relationships with customer managers and representatives is a business-critical element of the role and requires the job holder to have credibility, authority and experience in a similar environment.
