Join this vibrant 6 partner firm of chartered accountant as HR Administrator, reporting directly to the HR Manager.You will provide administrative support with the HR Department, assisting with the hiring process, participate in the implementation of specific projects and support a program of change management.You role will include entering employee data, preparing employee offer letters and contracts, including maternity letters/probation letters, reference letters, Holiday/study leave approval requests and booking training courses.You will also co-ordinate the recruitment process, keeping a log of CVs, update job descriptions, assist with repare interview questions, and arranging test, plus feedback to recruitment agents. You will assist with both the induction and appraisal process.You are a recent graduate, or recruiter looking to gain experience within human resources with great communication skills .Candidates with previous HR or recruitment experience would be desirable.Full support towards CIPD qualifications offered.This is a vibrant firm on route to Top 100 status, with a strong talent acquisition and mentorship model, with fun weekly/monthly social and charity activities in London and the West End
