Job Description

Our client is a highly regarded professional association for the legal sector based in the City of London. They are now seeking an HR Administrator to join their team, responsible for supporting the Human Resources Director in a range of HR administration activities.

Benefits

Must haves:

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy, professional, confidential working environment , ideally within a commercial organisation with a good understanding of the importance of administrative management. Excellent relationship management skills with experience of dealing with senior professionals is important, as well as superb written and verbal communication skills. Any experience working within an Human Resources Department would be an advantage in applying for this role.

The Role:

The HR Administrator will work very closely with the HR Director ensuring full legal compliance, adherence to the best HR standards and protocols to provide an effective HR support across the business. This is primarily a heavily administrative focused role and will rely heavily on strong organisation skills, attention to detail and a resilient attitude to hard work. Key responsibilities in support of the HR Director will include: Recruitment & Selection; Performance Management; Data Management; Staff Movements; Benefit Administration; Advice & Guidance; Learning & Development; Health & Safety; and General HR Support.
