·This role seeks an individual who has an interest and passion in working within the Hospitality Industry and wants to start or grow their career further in Human Resources.

·The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in working in guest focused environments.

YOUR PERSONAL IMPACT

·Key administrative tasks include management of the Payroll system (and all related systems/processes), ensuring accurate processing of weekly / monthly payroll related tasks, creating and maintaining filing systems and preparing for auditing.

·Manage any pay queries or discrepancies, seeking appropriate resolution in a timely and efficient manner.

·Provide a consistently high standard of administrative and non-administrative support to the Human Resources Department to support achievement of the business goals and strategies.

·Provide support to key activities such as, recruitment and on-boarding of new employees, coordinating the leaver process, advertising and sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, interviewing and selecting, pre-hire checks, hiring and on-boarding, system access set-up etc.

·To assist the Human Resources team in maintaining positive internal and external relationships with both Employees and Managers.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
