ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our fast-paced design team. Supporting the Brand Creative Designer, you will help to bring the VIEVE brand vision to life across our digital marketing channels. From social content creation, conceptualising new design templates for email to supporting on our website creative you will be working across an exciting variety of projects in the role.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, a keen eye for detail and be full of innovative, creative ideas. You’ll understand our target audience and know exactly how to create exciting and relatable content, delighting our global community of existing and prospective customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the creative team, you will work on a wide range of projects across social, website and email including:


Social Media & Marketing:

·     Editing imagery for our social media channels – retouching, colour grading, and giving the VIEVE touch

·     Create engaging content for our social channels, collaborating with our Social Media Manager on themes for grid and stories

·     Support on asset creation and templates for our email campaigns to our VIEVE community

·     Working with brand partners to deliver commercial and compelling assets that support VIEVE on their channels

·     Provide a range of ideas and concepts for each brief


Website & Retail:

·     Keep up to date with assets across vievebeauty.com, assisting in the resizing of imagery for every product launch and updating visuals to follow key focusses each week

·     Resizing VIEVE imagery for retail partners for every launch, following their strict briefing documents


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·     Previous experience in a design role

·     Highly driven and self-motivated with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

·     Passion for the beauty industry with strong commercial awareness

·     Confident in working in a team environment with excellent communication and collaborative skills

·     Highly organised and enjoy working on multiple projects at the one time

·     Up to date with the latest design trends

·     Fully competent in the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush and After Effects skills are a bonus but not essential

Second Stage – with Lead Creative and one other (from 1 week – 10 days from first interview, based on availability)
