Our client is seeking a Creative Designer with a strong background in retail and point of sale to join our growing Retail & Customer Experiences team You'll have the chance to work with renowned brands and retail clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance our creative capabilities, with the potential to grow into a creative lead and eventually build and manage a larger creative team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative process for retail design projects, from conceptualisation to fully rendered design presentations.
  • Work independently, manage freelancers, or lead a small team to develop creative concepts, including blue sky ideas and detailed design decks.
  • Design a wide range of retail solutions, from point-of-sale displays (CTUs, FSDUs) to larger installations like shop-in-shops, concessions, full store designs, and retail environments.
  • Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating your creative approach and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in retail and point of sale design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk 3DS Max and Adobe Creative Suite, with additional skills in Cinema 4D and SolidWorks being a plus.
  • Strong ability to take a loose brief and transform it into a comprehensive and visually compelling design deck.
  • Experience presenting ideas and solutions confidently to both internal and external audiences.
