Job Title: Design Creative

We are seeking a talented Design Creative to join our team at DEPT. As a Design Creative, you will be responsible for creating engaging designs that start conversations between people and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design concepts that meet client briefs and communicate DEPT's standard of design.
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters to deliver impactful designs.
  • Stay current with design and marketing trends to ensure our work is always fresh and relevant.
  • Take accountability for flawless design output and deliver work on time.
  • Develop rich visual content for owned channels, including onsite, app, and email.

Requirements:

  • Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Digital design experience on industry-standard design frameworks like Figma.
  • Self-driven and resourceful with a great eye for layout and typesetting.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues.
  • Organized with attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.
