Therapeutic Education Practitioner – ASC Support Remedy Recruitment Remedy Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Education Practitioner to provide 1:1 support for a student with ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition) in a new primary school setting. This role includes elements of personal care and offers a rewarding opportunity to support a young learner’s social, emotional, and academic development through therapeutic and educational approaches. Key Responsibilities * Provide 1:1 therapeutic and educational support for a child with ASC, including personal care where required. * Assist in developing therapeutic resources, learning materials, and supportive teaching strategies. * Deliver regular and detailed feedback to teachers regarding the child’s progress, needs, emotional regulation, and achievements. * Attend to the child’s personal needs, including social, health, physical, first aid, welfare, and personal care matters. * Contribute to a purposeful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes emotional well-being. * Deliver agreed learning activities, interventions, and structured programmes, adapting them where necessary to ensure progress. * Assist with supervision during non-lesson times, including playtime and lunchtime duties. * Build positive, trusting relationships with the child and act as a consistent, therapeutic role model. *...
