Role: D365 CE Functional Consultant – Customer Insights JourneysResponsibilities :• Lead functional design and configuration for CIJ real-time marketing• Configure real-time events, event triggers, and event-based conditions• Build real-time segments (behavioral, event-driven, attribute segments)• Design customer journeys with branching logic (conditions, A/B splits, wait conditions, exit rules)• Configure brand profiles, compliance profiles, consent center, subscription centers• Build email/SMS/WhatsApp templates with personalization & rules• Define KPI tracking, journey analytics, reporting requirements• Conduct requirement workshops, UAT, training & documentationRequired Skills & Experience• 5–8 years in Dynamics 365 Marketing / CIJ• Strong understanding of CIJ RTM features: events, segments, branching journeys• Hands-on with journey orchestration, goals, suppression rules, exit conditions• Experience configuring consent & compliance profiles with regional logic• Strong template-building skills: email, SMS, dynamic text, personalization• Good analytical skills for interpreting journey insights & performance• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
