Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Greater London (Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000
Job Type: Permanent
Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Customer Engagement Post-Contract: Partner with customers after contract signing to gather detailed requirements and success criteria, define a comprehensive technology solution blueprint, and establish a clear project scope for seamless delivery by the project manager.
- Implementation Optimization: Regularly evaluate the technical implementation to ensure optimal performance. Recommend additional features or enhancements to maximize customer value while meeting their defined success criteria.
- Strategic Guidance & Best Practices: Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers' critical business needs by providing expert guidance and actionable best practices. Support customers in achieving their objectives and maximizing the value and trust in Sorted solutions.
- Technical Support for Account Reviews: Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver relevant technical insights and presentations during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across all levels within the customer organization, including C-level executives, with a primary focus on operational and technical stakeholders.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify customer challenges early and work collaboratively with both the customer and Sycurio teams to implement effective, lasting solutions.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Extensive Customer Success Experience: Proven track record as a Customer Success Manager within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Product Specialist Expertise: Skilled in customer facing roles as a product specialist, successfully integrating clients into B2B SaaS services.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of mission critical enterprise SaaS application stacks, API integrations, and basic programming skills, such as scripting languages.
- Complex Solution Delivery: Adept at demonstrating intricate solutions and tailoring presentations to meet customer needs.
- Technological Aptitude: Highly knowledgeable in emerging technologies, programming languages, and tools, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Confident Presenter: Skilled public speaker and facilitator, capable of engaging large groups effectively.
- Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to create shared goals, inspire collaboration, and drive meaningful change with measurable momentum.
