Are you an experienced sales operations professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to making the world healthier, cleaner and safer? Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to join our business operations team in Europe. As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales success and ensuring impeccable execution of our commercial strategies within the immunodiagnostics business.Responsibilities:

Define, develop and implement sales operations strategies and tactics to support achievement of ambitious sales targets including territory and funnel and opportunity managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve commercial outcomes and processes and effectively communicate them with sales colleaguesWork across the matrix to coach and motivate the sales team to compete at the highest level and exceed sales goalsAnalyse market trends, commercial colleague and customer needs to identify ways to improve sales processes, training opportunities, tools and critical metricsWork with sales training and sales managers to deliver exceptional sales training and mentorship to enhance the skills and performance of the sales teamBuild and nurture strong connections with matrix colleagues across our organization to shape sales excellence, share new ways of working, and improve performance.Monitor and analyse sales data to determine areas for improvement and successfully execute impactful changesStrictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standardsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experienceProven experience in sales, preferably in the scientific or healthcare industryExperience of CRM system development, adoption and trainingExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a sales teamStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to determine effective sales strategiesAbility to establish and uphold positive relationships with customers and important individuals involvedProven ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives with a focus on resultsHigh level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and challenging sales environmentAt Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we believe in creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.
