Sales Manager - Medical Equipment

The role: As the new Sales Manager you will lead a team of 6 individuals and work cross functionally with other departments in the UK and abroad to drive sales growth. Using your sharp analytical and planning skills, you'll play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team for the medical business unit within this multi-billion dollar organisation. You'll have full responsibility for financial forecasting, delivering the sales strategy and coaching your team. This is a hybrid position working 3 days per week from the company head office in Hertfordshire.

As a leading name in the medical devices sector, this company supply life-saving products to the NHS and are crucial to the day to day running of hospitals throughout the UK.

The culture: You'll report directly to a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Director who is keen to develop the commercial strategy into a more concept and solution focused approach to meet the ever-changing market and needs of clinicians. You will work in a very supportive and collaborative atmosphere with interaction across various departments including field sales, technical specialists, marketing and project management.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

· Sales Management experience

· Experience of handling high value tender and managing sizeable contracts

· Excellent communication skills

· A highly motivated and dynamic personality

Package:

Extremely competitive basic salary and lucrative OTE plus additional over-performance bonuses
