Our team is building a dynamic network to meet the changing demands for electricity and increasingly renewable electricity safely securely and sustainably in the communities we serve.At SP Energy Networks we know people are central to building a better future quicker and we are seeking new talent to join our team.What Youll Be DoingSupport the delivery of the vegetation management business plan.Engage proactively with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and facilitate the successful implementation of project plans and deliverables that impact local communities.Contribute to continuous performance improvement by analysing outputs and feedback from both internal and external sources.Promote and demonstrate exemplary safety behaviours ensuring full compliance with all relevant safety legislation across all activities.What Youll BringStrong stakeholder and customer engagement skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.Ability to communicate audit findings clearly to help improve the outcomes of the vegetation management programme.Problem-solving skills with the capability to assist in developing practical solutions to operational challenges.Technical and operational experience in Overhead Line (OHL) operations.Ability to achieve and maintain the necessary operational authorisations.Minimum RequirementsA recognised qualification in electrical engineering or arboriculture.Experience in project auditing.Relevant experience in network construction and operations.Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.Whats in it for you As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
