Cure Talent is delighted to be working with an established, rapidly growing, Medical Device company specialising in Orthopaedic products. Due to their continued exceptional growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quality Assurance Associate to join the team in Worcestershire.


As the new Graduate Quality Assurance Associate, your role will be focused on the creation of documentation to support the QMS, device development and monitoring. You will be working very closely with the QARA team to help maintain and develop the QMS, help create and implement SOP’s and monitor Post Market Surveillance.


To be successful in this position, we are looking for a highly motivated professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. A degree in a relevant Life Science field is highly advantageous, though not a necessity. Some experience in Quality and/or experience in the Medical Devices space would also be highly advantageous.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and development of the QMS
  • Create and input documentation to the QMS
  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures
  • Monitor Post Market Surveillance, including Customer Complaints and PSURs
  • Assist in the implementation of an eQMS


Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree educated in a relevant Life Science field (Highly Advantageous)
  • Prior experience in a Quality role in Medical Devices (Highly Advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
