Lincoln House Dental Practice is a small business in Pershore. Our goal is to enjoy our time at work, knowing that we are helping our patients. We have a supportive team environment that nurtures growth. Our patients trust us. Lincoln House has been here since the inception of the NHS and became a private practice in 2006. Many of our patients stayed with us and we always have a waiting list for new patients.
\*Job Overview\*
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our independent private dental practice in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care.
We are a small team in a longstanding family-orientated dental practice. Most patients are regular attenders with Practice Plan membership. There is a list to take over and a waiting list of new patients.
We utilise a hygienist and a therapist.
Do you enjoy spending time getting to know your regular patients? Do you like the feeling of being able to help someone, be it a small repair, getting someone out of pain, or helping them improve their smile?
Do you want to work in an environment where you can grow your skills and enjoy your time at work, with a possibility of buying in to the practice at a later date?
\*Requirements\*
- Qualified Dentist with a valid registration with the General Dental Council
- Excellent communication skills and ability to empathise with patients
- Ability to work well in a small team environment
- Availability 2-3 days a week, with the possibility to do more as a current associate is retiring
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 27.75 per week
