With over 30 offices nationwide, Taylor Rose is an award-winning top 60 UK law firm with a market-leading legal consultancy programme.Due to our on-going expansion, we are recruiting for an Account Executive for our busy Peterborough Office.Purpose:The Account Executive role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients (our consultants) to ensure strong engagement, maximise revenue opportunities, and identify growth potential. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand relationships, embedding clients within our service model, and delivering a positive client experience that supports long-term retention and mutual success.Key Responsibilities:Managing assigned client accounts, building strong relationships, and acting as the primary point of contact. As Account Executive will serve as a 'go-to' person and an escalation point between your clients and the centralised functions of the business.Developing and implementing account strategies to optimise revenue and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new clients into the business.Monitoring account performance and sharing insights to support client objectives.Identifying and resolving client issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of services.Driving engagement initiatives to enhance brand perception and loyalty.Attending client meetings, presentations, and events as required; a full clean driving license will be necessary.Requirements:Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role.Ability to deliver results and achieve set targets.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.High level of organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong implementation and follow-through skills.Commitment to the company’s core values and delivering an exceptional client experience.Some legal training or knowledge is preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achieve and maintain set average revenue per client.Achieve and maintain agreed client retention rate.Company Core Values:Aspirations: To be the best that you can, motivated to do things better, works smarter not harder, embraces change, learns from mistakes, takes an interest in the vision of the business.Integrity: Open and honest, shows respect, admits mistakes, looks at ways to improve and share ideas.Innovation: Creative and dynamic, adaptable to change, seeks ways of doing things better, gets involved with work that makes a difference, continuously learns new things for personal development.Commitment: Relationships for the long term.
