Product Liaison - SaaS - 2 days a week in office - Birmingham - £40,000 The Role A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a proactive and resilient Product Liaison to join their team. You will be the primary point of contact between customers and the product team, ensuring smooth communication and helping the product team focus on delivering exceptional outcomes. In this role, you will manage customer queries, communicate product updates, gather feedback, and help shape the overall product experience. You'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring customers feel heard, valued, and informed while providing the product team with actionable insights to improve the product. This position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to understand the product inside-out. It's a hands-on role with real influence on product development and customer experience. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience within a Tech Focused environment in a Product/Account Management/Customer success role Familiarity with product management processes and tools Experience using HubSpot, Aha, Salesforce or other similar systems Strong communication skills with the ability to push back to customers Resilient under pressure and able to manage demanding customer situations calmly Highly organised, able to manage multiple requests efficiently Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach Desirables Experience in a SaaS environment Knowledge of product management and feedback prioritisation processes The Company This company delivers innovative SaaS solutions that are transforming their sector.
