Who are they looking for?

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Agent specializing in Luxury & High Value Brand Partnerships to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships and brand collaborations for their clients in the luxury sector. This role requires a strong network of contacts within the luxury industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies.


What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients in the luxury and high-value brand space.
  • Provide strategic career guidance, negotiate contracts, and advocate for clients' interests to secure lucrative brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with luxury brands and high-value partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals and pitch strategies to align with clients' brand image, values, and target audience.
  • Develop and execute strategic brand partnership plans for clients, including campaign ideation, activation strategies, and integration opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients and brand partners to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for clients while maximizing value for brand partners.
  • Manage contract negotiations, approvals, and execution processes with attention to detail and professionalism.


Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a talent agent, brand manager, or within the luxury industry, with a focus on brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Established network of contacts within the luxury industry, including luxury brands, agencies, and influencers.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex partnership negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
