Join Our Team as an experienced Programme Support Planner

Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months

Hours: Full time

Location(s): Tewkesbury

We are seeking a Programme Support Planner to join our team and play a vital role in delivering a cost-effective, customer-focused maintenance service within our Planned Programme Delivery teams. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling engineers' diaries to ensure they can complete the maximum number of jobs in a working day, maximising productivity while keeping our customers informed every step of the way.

You will be a key player in managing the delivery of planned, cyclical, and reactive maintenance services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating schedules to communicating with customers, you will be the central point of contact for ensuring that our services are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a coordinator or planner role, preferably in a similar environment. You should have strong IT skills, with the ability to use scheduling software and other tools to manage the daily operations of our maintenance teams. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to liaise with both engineers and customers to ensure everyone is informed about what's happening and when.

In addition to your technical abilities, you should have a strong background in customer service. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service, and we are looking for someone who can maintain and enhance our reputation by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about planning, have the skills to optimise schedules, and are committed to delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.

Please take a moment to review the role requirements and specifications attached at the bottom of this advert before submitting your application.

Join us for a full-time adventure in our 'roaming' position. Based in Tewkesbury, you'll enjoy a flexible week split between workspaces and home, offering the perfect balance.
