Focused on our Personal Loans and Credit Card businesses, you’ll play a critical role in managing and optimising our commercial partner relationships with price comparison websites and whitelabel partners driving growth by maximising partner performance. You’ll have significant autonomy and ownership to manage day-to-day commercial and product initiatives as well as partner relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Credit teams.This is a high-impact, highly-visible role. You’ll be combining rigorous data analysis with relationship management to deliver tangible results. You’ll be embedded within the growth team and will work closely with different teams at Lendable while being trusted to drive growth initiatives and handle your own projects independently.Team objectivesWe are responsible for the growth of all lending products, delivering projects via our price comparison site partnerships or directly into the market.The team asks ‘where are new customers?’, ‘what can I improve with my current channels’ conversion?’, ‘what are competitors doing on marketplaces?’, ‘Am I risking negative selection?’, and ‘what is the next innovation to develop in our product segment?’.What You’ll Be Working OnYou will manage comparison site partner onboarding, analysis and improvement, optimising them for volume, cost and credit quality as we ramp up volumes.You will manage partner relationships across strategic and day-to-day activity, to sustainably grow lending volumes, balancing focus on large strategic partners with incubating new exciting ideas.Key to the role is preparing all kinds of different analyses: pulling out the most important insights to ensure we make good decisions with our partnerships.You will combine quantitative and qualitative judgements to triage ideas and strategies; focusing our efforts on the key levers for growth.You will be trusted to negotiate customer acquisition costs and commissions with key partners, identifying areas for cost optimisations.The role progression includes gradually owning the full responsibility for strategy and execution of specific partner projects, marketing efforts or product enhancements that deliver business growth.What We're Looking For2-3+ years’ experience in a commercial, consultancy, partnerships, business development, or account management role; ideally within financial services or a high-growth tech environment.Demonstrated success in managing, growing, and optimising commercial relationships, including contract negotiation and achieving tangible business results. Experience building or managing a side-business is a bonus.Highly numerate and analytical—proficient in using data, Excel, and commercial modelling to inform decisions; experience with SQL or similar tools is a plus.Strong communicator able to represent Lendable externally and build trusted relationships internally and externally.Outcome-driven and proactive: skilled at prioritising, independently driving projects, and managing work to deliver high-value results.Comfortable contributing to a collaborative team, while thriving in a role where your individual performance and impact are directly visible.What does success look like 6 months after joining?Formed strong working relationships with all of Lendable’s key partners, engaging with them on a daily basisIdentified 2-3 actionable ideas for product, funnel conversion quality or cost improvement with partnersOwnership of the customer acquisition funnel at the individual partner level; identifying changes in funnel dynamics and attributing them at pace, sharing insights with Credit and Product teams to inform wider acquisition strategyAssessing new partnership opportunities on a regular basis, acting on ones that deliver tangible value to the business.First line ownership of due diligence checks and ongoing compliance monitoring of Lendable partners through dedicated diligence exercises and mystery shopping.Interview processCV screening25-min introductory call with Talent team15min cognitive test and 60min in-person case study exercise with Senior Partnerships ManagerFinal round (in-person or virtual):Senior Partnerships ManagerCMO and Personal Loans or Credit Card MDsLife at LendableThe opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies.Best-in-class compensation, including equity.You can work from home every Monday and Friday if you wish - on the other days, those based in the UK come together IRL at our Shoreditch office in London to be together, build and exchange ideas.
