About the role:

The Senior Digital Learning Manager will work on the development and implementation of a new digital content strategy aimed at delivering personalised and relevant material from CMI's extensive content pool to our learners, members, and partners. The role is critical in driving engagement with our resources, demonstrating their value to users, and supporting the generation of new business, the expansion of existing business lines, and the retention of customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team managing the organisation-wide implementation of a new LMS, including content migration
  • Manage and maintain the LMS, including liaising with system providers as required
  • Develop and implement robust mechanisms for curating and managing digital content that aligns with CMI’s mission and business objectives with the aim of delivering first-class customer experience and driving up learner and member engagement
  • Work with the Product team and other stakeholders to design effective digital and multimedia learning content, conducting needs analysis and recommending solutions
  • Drive improvements in the accessibility of digital learning content, ensuring that the content library and the LMS more generally is accessible for the neurodiverse
  • Work with partners and external stakeholders to maintain and develop an appropriate e-learning content library

  • Demonstrable understanding of learning design principles and learning theory
  • Proven experience in managing VLE/LMS platforms and in digital learning content portfolio management
  • Skilled in curating and creating engaging digital learning content
  • Experience using industry-standard e-Learning authoring tools and technologies
  • Proven track record of leading, developing and implementing successful content strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Managing projects and project delivery plans, and an ability to work at pace, multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
