About the Role

Digital Next, a leading digital marketing agency in the UK, is seeking a highly skilled SEO Content Manager to join our dynamic content team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, writing, organisational, and communication skills, with a proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy aligned with SEO goals to drive organic growth.
  • Lead the creation of SEO-focused content that increases search rankings for targeted keywords.
  • Research and create content on a wide range of topics for different clients.
  • Develop monthly content plans for clients across various industries, based on focus keywords and topics.
  • Think outside the box to come up with unique, fresh content ideas for clients.
  • Write high-quality content for client websites spanning across various subjects.
  • Publish written content on to client websites using CMS' such as Wordpress and Shopify.
  • Work alongside other team members to come up with strategies and ideas.
  • Work with SEO managers where necessary to ensure content is in line with wider campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years working in a content-specific role.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring content teams.
  • Strong Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Top-quality writing skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
