Overview

We are seeking a Performance Analyst to join our team for a 3 month rolling contract. The Performance Analyst will be responsible for analysing and interpreting performance data, and providing insights to improve business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting findings to senior leadership.


Initially the contract will be for 2.5 days per week with the chance that this may expand further.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather performance data and insights for analysis.
  • Analyse and interpret monthly performance data using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Link performance data to planning and risk to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings to senior leaders in a monthly performance hub.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators over time, and implement strategies to enhance performance reporting.
  • Manage secretariat duties for senior leadership team meetings including planning agendas, preparing minutes, and maintaining action point logs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing secretariat duties for leadership meetings is a plus


Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather performance data and insights.
  • Analyse and interpret performance data using Excel and Power BI.
  • Present findings to senior leaders in monthly performance hub.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators over time.
