Ideally you would be Brighton based most of the time but were open to considering London for 1-2 days.What Youll Be DoingWere looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team supporting our high-performing Sales team in Brighton with occasional travel to our offices in Manchester and London. Youll work closely with the Senior People Partner to deliver a great employee experience championing our culture values and ways of working.Support and coach managers through high-volume ER helping them build confidence in handling cases effectively and autonomously.Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees providing first-line support and escalating complex cases as neededUse ER data and trends to help identify and recommend proactive solutionsSupport the Senior People Partner on initiatives related to performance management learning & development wellbeing and inclusionSupport the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processesWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a People and/or ER-focused role ideally in a fast-paced target-driven environment (sales contact centre or similar)Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of ER cases confidently pragmatically and with a commercial mindset.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills calm under pressure and confident advising managersGood understanding of UK employment law and HR policiesResilient solutions-focused and motivated to grow and develop within a supportive teamDiversity & Inclusion We welcome consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity.
