The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients; a strong fee earning experience; and a desire to expand his or her expertise in several areas with extensive knowledge of Immigration law. Key Responsibilities:


· Client Consultation/ Fee Earning: Provide expert legal advice to personal and corporate clients on a range of immigration matters, including sponsorship licence applications, sponsorship compliance, family and private life applications, visa applications, human rights applications, citizenship applications, skilled worker applications, and asylum matters.


· Case Management: Manage a varied caseload efficiently, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.


· Legal Research: Stay updated on immigration laws and policies, conducting legal research to support clients effectively.


· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored legal solutions.


· Delegate and appropriately manage Paralegals and Legal Assistants


· Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the Immigration team.


Requirements:


· Qualified UK Solicitor/ CILEX Lawyer/ OISC Level 3/ IAAS Level 2 or 3 with a focus on Immigration Law.

· Proven experience in handling immigration matters.

· Having a client following in Immigration would be advantageous

· Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and procedures

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

· Experience in working under pressure and managing a caseload with a high degree of autonomy

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with other legal professionals

· Fluency in one or more additional languages (other than English) is a plus

· Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the legal profession

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Strong client relationship management skills

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to develop and implement business strategies

· Excellent knowledge of immigration procedures and regulations


Job Offer


· £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 dependent on experience
