Job Title: Benefit Operations SpecialistLocation: Chester Business ParkContract Details: 12 month rolling contractSalary: £22 p/hourAbout Our Client: A leading global biopharmaceutical organisation dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines for patients with serious diseases.Benefits & Perks:Comprehensive health & welfare benefitsWellness programmesOpportunities for professional developmentResponsibilities:Efficiently manage end-to-end operation of benefits programmes.Act as escalation point for benefit inquiries and resolve Tier 2 issues.Document processes and create training materials.Implement new benefits and streamline existing processes.Administer benefit eligibility, enrolments, and claims management.Collaborate with various teams and vendors for smooth operations.Ensure compliance and governance of total rewards programmes. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)In-depth benefits administration experience.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of HR policies and regional employment laws.Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment. Technologies: Workday, ServiceNow, Excel, HR administration systems.
