We are urgently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Bromley and South East London area. This temporary role requires an individual with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and a positive attitude.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, live chat, and email.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with a team to handle a high volume of enquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Support the business’s key objectives by prioritising customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a call centre environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Proven track record of handling customer complaints and queries effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering customer-focused solutions.
